  • Reducing disproportionality in schools: This includes data diving, working within a multi tiered framework and cultural responsive ness training.
  • Modifying Coping Power Curricula: For an NIH grant my role is to revise an antiquated curriculum for reducing violence and increasing group unity.
  • School climate development and measurement: Created surveys and they have been use to support cultural responsiveness by understanding the range in experiences at school across students.
